The McDavid thigh sleeve is an excellent value thigh sleeve constructed from latex free neoprene. The thigh sleeve provides thermal therapy and is useful in reducing thigh strains and thigh pulls.

With nylon facing on the outer, McDavid thigh sleeves have rubber tracking on the inner of the sleeve to make the support less likely to slide.
