Delivery is set at flat rates.
UK mainland - £3.99
Northern Ireland/Scilly Isles/Isle of Man/Scottish Highlands/Isles of Scotland - £3.99
Channel Islands - £3.99
We only deliver to the UK and Eire.
We're committed to being fair - secure delivery at reasonable cost. We despatch in a number of ways: Reputable National Carrier Services, Royal Mail or Company Vehicles.
Products are held in stock and normally despatched within 48 hrs (Mon to Fri, subject to availability).
Please Note: Inclement weather conditions may cause delay to normal delivery times.
Returns – Quick Guide
In the event that you wish to return an item, please Log in to Your Account and use the Returns Option in your order history. This will be forwarded to our Returns Dept, who will contact you to resolve the matter.
Prior to returning any products, you must contact us in advance via the Returns Option in your account.
We cannot refund any delivery charges (except in instances where goods are confirmed as faulty).
After requesting to return an item, if you require an exchange, please place a new order online.
Delivery and Returns - More Info
We do our utmost to deliver your order quickly and securely. However, we all know that sometimes things go wrong and when it's our responsibility we'll rectify any confirmed and agreed shortfalls or errors, at our expense. This will be deemed as full and final settlement and no further compensation will be considered.
Should you need to return items for any reason, please complete the online returns form, found within ‘My Account’ within 7 days of receipt of order. Products must be returned in their original condition.
Your Order will be despatched direct to the address supplied, either by our own vehicle, Royal Mail or a reputable national carrier.
Upon Arrival you should check for:
a) Correct number of parcels
b) Signs of parcel abuse
c) Correct content of parcels
If the outside of a package or parcel looks damaged, sign, but state damaged on the carriers receipt as an added safeguard. If goods are not checked at point of delivery, state 'unchecked' when signing.
Carriers usually deliver weekdays during business hours. If premises are likely to be unmanned, tell us at the time of order and we'll work out a solution.
We regret we cannot entertain claims for missing or damaged goods which have not been notified in writing within 3 days of the date of delivery, irrespective of whoever has signed for the goods on delivery. This is because we have a limited period in which to pursue the matter with the carrier. So co-operation is vital in your own interest.
To summarise, if you receive damaged, incorrect or unwanted goods complete the online returns form in 'My Account'. And give us as much information as soon as possible because it helps us to provide you with the best possible service.
